Sabbath School Resources

Adult Sabbath School

Sabbath School is where God’s Word comes alive, through real conversations, real expressions of faith, and real friendships. In Sabbath School, people get a chance to practice authentic community, consider ways to do evangelism, develop leadership skills in others, spiritually care for each other, and be equipped for the spiritual journey ahead.

Sabbath School Outreach

Sabbath School and Adventist Community Services connects the church with the community through practical acts of service. Across the ACS network, people called by God offer help, encouragement and hope. Whether providing food and clothing, helping children learn to read, organizing job fairs or supporting communities after a disaster, ACS volunteers put God’s love and compassion into action. Through consistent service, and caring relationships, churches become trusted neighbors, walking alongside people through challenges and towards new possibilities.

Youth Sabbath School

North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist Youth Sabbath School is built on what we call the 4 F’s of a sturdy foundation—Food, Fellowship, Fun, and Faith—creating a welcoming community where students connect, grow in Christ, and experience life-changing discipleship.

As a catalyst for vibrant youth ministry, it strengthens Pathfinders, TLT, AYM, and local church youth days while helping students build lasting connections to worship and the wider life of the church.

Young Adult Sabbath School

The 5C’s of Young Adult Sabbath School are Conversation, Connection, Community, Challenge, and Consistency.

This Framework was developed from input by a diverse group of young adult ministry professionals and practitioners who lead Sabbath School in their ministry contexts. It is based on small, medium, and large Sabbath Schools and small groups.
